I have a lot to learn and am excited to connect with people in/around Atlanta and across the country. 

Many people say they never do, but if they can increase your interest rate 5 or 6% they might. 

I built a bunch of houses there an loved it.. prices have SKY rocketed there though holy cow. cant believe the appreciation there.. very under the radar but limited land and houses great place lots of money people and there ya go values through the roof.

I won't be moving in just yet and I'm wary of people just stopping by the property.

A lot of people don't have a whole lot of interest in living in constant fixer-uppers, so you have to have the right mentality for that.A variation on it, if you want to live in better homes that aren't great rentals, is to, again, buy homes that are under market because they need some work, do the work, live there 2 years then sell for a profit and keep all of your capital gains.

People who aren't skilled at negotiating will often give away their motivations in casual conversation.

I don’t think there is much if any cross over, so while he forum may be a little more active it’s just two groups of people skipping over the others posts to get to theirs.

Also thanks to all the people that participate in the BP platforms.   

He teaches people how to not rely on OTA (Airbnb vrbo) because what happens if they shut down like they did in COVID.
