Been getting a lot of help from the forum and would like to get an assist on another case here.The property I am interested seems to have a very high value assessed for the property when the other nearby properties have a lot lower value assessed as their tax.If I request tax assessment again, will it back fire on me?

@Elaine Hester I have no experience with 1031 exchanges but I live in Poway and specialize in duplex to quad buy n hold in a nearby city just to the North of Poway.  

Look for nearby comparable sales online to verify.2.
