@Mary Chen, Well the forum spoke loudly on this one. 

I just had a new tenant move into my 3rd floor and recently got a text from the 1st floor tenant complaing about them constantly being loud and slamming the door into the house (the first floor bedroom is right next to the entry door to the house) at all hours into the night.

If Cedar Park is #1, being landlocked and the most expensive around here, Round Rock, Leander and Austin itself can't be far behind.
