If you search for the National REIA, they will list Local REIAs

I have talked to tenant #2 about the complaints and she has said she will turn it down and not play music too late. 

I just got a message from my agent that according to the listing agent, the title shows 1 bed/1 bath 830 sqft, but listing says 3/2, 1150 sqft.

The last time I used subscription services to build lists and / or research properties, was at least 7-10 years ago.

Look at the other listings in your area and price point.

It wasn't a good enough deal for us to take down so we listed it for her and found her a buyer willing to assume the loan which allowed her to get way more for the property than if it was being sold in as-is condition.

Every eviction I've had to do was for a reason that falls under the list of allowable reasons even under the new law.

How old is the property or the age of the thing you are talking about?
