The contractors will need to be signed up and registered with the VA ( basically a check list, any legit contractor will be able to qualify)  You may also see the Renovation loan with Lots of repair pushed into a One Time Close Loans are more robust and have ability to knock homes, install roads, pools, gazebos, additional story etc. 

For example, I like the area close to the Casino but if you venture too far west towards 50th st closer to MLK, it gets dicey.

Looks like next step is getting the GC licence sooner than anticipated to be legit.

You will know 100% if they are legit.

Realistaste is priced at price points for legit reasons.I suggest looking at some areas just south or slightly north of Denver, not right in Denver.

I have caught fraud's with this, and actually found some were legit but someone else had been using/stolen there identity and able to alert an applicant to such on there report.
