Be willing to do anything, knock on doors, negotiate like crazy.

Knock that out, and find another agent/broker/investor to work for.

Looking back I'll admit that was excessive and I definitely reached analysis paralysis, but it got me VERY mentally prepared and to date, I have never lost money on a deal (knock-on-wood).2.

People in the market for the highest priced homes knocking down a rung to something cheaper but still a purchase and you see that continue through the market. 

If the property is occupied I understand that I can always knock on the door or drop a letter/mailer off and ask to have a conversation to get in touch with the home owner.But what if it's a renter who doesn't want to give up the landlords info or what if it's an abandoned property that is vacant?

Thanks in advance I would start with a stern warning that we are in a peak market with unrealistic prices that can't possibly last, inflation knocking at our door, and it's an election cycle where certain groups like to create chaos.

But here’s what I do: drive for dollars and cold calling, (gonna start doing door knocks) I’m doing property on market (MLS) it is less stressful and u just set the type of property you want and when one hit the market you get a Notification.
