Would love to get some advice regarding LLC's.My Partner and I recently bought a property in South Plainfield, New Jersey. 

I currently live in New Jersey and decided an out of state investment would be more affordable.

I'm looking at funding a few projects that are near the finish line with someone I know and would like to talk with someone knowledgeable with the ins & outs of hard money lending, due diligence, collateral stuff ...

We have a 2-family house in Jersey City that is in a R-3 zone.

Compare that to New Jersey where you'll get 1% response and people yelling at you!

Probably something like New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland.

I would like for anyone who invests in NEW YORK or NEW JERSEY or PA to give some insight on any other sites or methods to use in order to find deals.Thank you so much!
