Just wondering with our experience if this is still a good move or if there are other resources to investigate?

I’m yet to start investigating Prescott, Chino Valley, or Payson areas.  

If you want to investigate the insurance placement niche further I recommend you look into Jessie Vasquez' coaching or Rachel Gainsbrugh.

But, investigate them properly. 

Can I file a file a complaint against a property manager to state commission/ state regulator while under contract and if there is any implication that PM can hold the rent and deposit till the investigation is over ?

Subsequent to closing escrow, one of the units caught fire and in the process of the fire investigation, it was discovered that there was in fact asbestos behind the drywall.

There is an active investigation

They're investigating the ($10k's) unimproved land parcels with various levels of utilities installed, all the way to finished modern "log cabin" style homes in the $100k's-300k's.
