In other words, any help pressure testing this would be much appreciated.

I am currently testing the market in south jersey and Philadelphia.  

To say the credit score is of no value would be like only looking at a child's class activities without placing any value on their test results. 

I am personally testing a similar model with 3 properties in coastal SD. 

-What are your favorite questions to ask during an interview for a new employee (i.e. questions that give you great feedback regarding their character, work ethic, integrity, really test to see if they are a "go-getter," (the way, Brandon, you've tested some applicants by requesting they only fax resumes in), that their personality is a fit for you and your team, etc)? 

The keyword is "undetectable," so not testing out the system to identify an obvious issue would result in a denied claim. 

Since I was in Texas and planned on staying there, I found out that I was qualified to take a test and get a real estate broker license so I took the test and got my license.  

Also, the big picture being to not over extend yourself, live below your means, save money, and use that money to grow more money, are time tested, valuable life lessons.

We need to get the gas system tested on a rental we just bought.
