I use Doorloop but Rentredi has more integrations. 

I find it offensive and insulting that you would say that about me, attack my integrity and you don't even know me.

They will scrutinize your material, layout, and contractors. 2nd, if any layout deviates from the original plan, you have to find a structural engineer to prove to them the change won’t compromise the structural integrity of the building. 3rd, your finished materials especially flooring must meet their sound proof standards.

Not saying that you do not have good intentions, just be careful and have integrity with your wholesaling.

Tenants have been paying in without issue thus far and the banking integration with the system is nice.

My favorite in this space is the very well constructed, albeit still early-phase, Igloo 2S Deadbolt that can set codes both online and offline, integrates with AirBnB/others, and includes a 9V battery "jump start" capability built in.

I would definitely go with a "one-trip" container and one with a higher head height; but if you don't live near a port, you will probably pay more to get a "clean" container.You need to consider that every time you cut a hole in the side, you compromise some of its structural integrity and you'll need a structural engineer to certify your plans.  

I would like to have an Architect /  structural engineer to visit and inspect structural integrity of the building.
