Any insight or info on how owner financing works, when the best time to use owner financing and the pros and cons to this investment strategy, would be appreciated!

I recommend listening to the BP Podcast, some great info there that can help prepare you!

hey @Shaun Morgan , I don't have too much experience in this field so DEFINITELY take my opinion with a pound of salt, but from my education in entrepreneurship and from what research on the topic I have done, when it comes to private investors it is less about what info you bring to the table on the first visit and more so how you approach the situation.

I'm verifying that one is looking for more work-assuming she says yes then I'll definitely give you her info.

Being able to adapt to be able to communicate with people of all different backgrounds, ages and personalities is critical.
