You can have a generic ads copy but if you have great video quality and you are hitting all of the pain points in the video, you will start seeing tremendous results.

One person uses it for long term rentals, no pet's, requires super high credit, 3 months deposit etc etc..

For commercial spaces - I prioritize a long term / cheaper tenant over a high rent with the potential for vacancy.
