This isnt always quantifiable, how many hits in a list will be dud with the mojo service? 

Please be sure to review either your lease agreement, purchase and sale agreement carefully as well.Even if you hire a listing broker, or get a BOV review every contract because you will get burned on owed commissions!

I have not seen a vendor list but it may be a good place to go ... i'm planning to attend. 

I would be careful forming a specific list per se.... things will happen that are not normal "wear and tear" that the tenant should be responsible for and if its not on the "list" you are stuck... the list will need to continue to evolve.Keeping it relatively vague keeps your option open.

The underwriter for a HML company has a list of required due diligence that needs to be collected before a loan can even be submitted to the asset management company or hedge fund they partner with for approval – meaning it could take a few weeks to close if you can get your broker the required docs (it’s usually referred to as the conditional approval process).

I put together a 'short list', but please feel free to propose markets not listed!

I'm also seeing a bunch of properties that didn't sell 6-12 months ago that have been re-listed at 300k+ more in asking price.

And there is plenty of duplex's out there listed for "fishing expeditions" to catch an ignorant buyer, but happy to hold hence long list times. 

I'm looking at a newly constructed Duplex near Temple University and it's listed around 600K.
