This could include things such as addressing trip hazards, safe and sturdy fences, mold, asbestos, building code issues etc.For the outside attack, do you act with integrity, grab an uber when you drink socially, treat others with respect etc and that goes for your dependants as well.

VA won't allow you to grab undervalue/distressed properties.. you'll be looking for a property that's closer to turnkey.
