Some of the best free online sources for scripts and talking points can be found on zerotodiamond.com. Ricky Carruth is a top agent in FL and AL and offers coaching and a ton of information on his site and social media pages... for FREE.
I'm sure you can find a ton of other free resources online but that is one of the first that I noticed.
