I would love to know how those of you who have invested in multi units in the twin cities have hit your Cash on Cash ROI & cash flow goals, given that the properties I've found on the MLS have multiple offers and seem to be flying off the market at or above asking price.

At first it is slow, but after you have 5 of them rented, the savings rate will be much faster.

Instead of paying off the loan in 5 years, set a goal to pay it off in 2.5 years.

I think REI is the best path for me to take to increase my capital with passive income and short term goals, Long term investing is not something I want to start out with.

So we ended reading some horror stories and how it important it is to just get them out and try to avoid eviction if at all possible to not slow down on our goals.
