Hello everyone, less than a month new to BP and to RE investment in general.

The retirement account offers no write offs or deductions. 

Do I simply need an estate attorney to write up a Transfer on Death Assignment, or is there a different process in Missouri to ensure smooth transfer of ownership into my Trust?

I'm excited to be new to RE and joining this group.

I'm taking a little bit of a break this year to focus on scaling, streamlining and re-strategizing going forward.

But can seem to get to real investors, that I can meet, shake hands talk about past, future, present & then discuss three properties I've prepared for making offers on,  just need the partner & I to look at the deals for an agreed strategy to maximize profits. 

Actually, this is how I started my RE investing in 2020, I just listened to their Podcasts, read forums, and joined virtual boot camps.

I've got 20 years of property management experience and recently acquired my RE sales license.  

I have unlimited texts through lead sherpa and unlimited skips from Mojo (with 15¢ for the ones I need to re-skip on LS).

The overall goal is financial independence and educating and setting my boys up for success in their futures.
