I'm not as in touch with the latter, but obviously we're heading for record unemployment and people without jobs won't be buying houses to live in, so I have to think that's going to fall off a cliff too (like so much else).On the other side, I'm also hearing that a lot of homeowners haven't gotten the memo yet and are still asking sky-high prices.

The closer we get to 5 things will fall off the cliff.The economy is bad overall right now for some but others h e not missed a beat and houses are selling and some markets are just as strong as before Covid but supply is down due to sellers not wanting people in their homes right now.

And if they're going to take advantage of the fact the courts are closed to help get them out, maybe you use that same fact that the court isn't there to help them back INIf someone falls on hard times and can't pay full rent, I'm happy to work with them.
