Called, waited on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone, explained my case, and was told this would need to be forwarded to another department and someone should be getting back to me but it could be a few days or maybe weeks.With this new 25% layoff I am absolutely terrified at the thought of having to call them for anything in the future.Sorry for the rant.
