@Mark Caragio - while deconstruction may indeed be viable from a tax perspective, are there organizations (I presume they'd have to be an IRS compliant charitable organization) in your area who will receive the materials from you?

The one problem with craigslist in Miami is I see people buying properties off the MLS and reselling them on Craigslist for a huge mark up.I don't know if this happens in other cities but here most of the Craigslist properties are way over-priced.Last week a property sold on the MLS for $85,000 and it just popped up on Craigslist for $160,000 (still in the same condition).

I now have a lot of "black marks," and am trying to get things cleaned up.I've been looking around, on BP, and other sites, and one thing a lot of lenders look at [pro PML firms, HMLs, etc.] is credit, to make sure that I "won't be an issue."

His deposit was $200 (back from 1984) and unfortunately we never had his deposit marked up in 2010.
