I will also keep the Turn-key option in mind because I like the idea of building a monthly cashflow but I can't eat up all my cash available right now.I am open to other options like Flip, wholesale, etc but will likely have to stick to private lending or buy/sell notes to build my cash while I am overseas.

Because it didn't make sense to have a decent floor in the hallway and an ugly one in the master.Unfortunately, since I couldn't prove the tenant caused the damage I just have to eat the cost (and write it off in taxes later).
