Financing for an LLC with no history income or assets other the the ones requesting leverage is like pulling hens teeth.It's an imperfect world but the asset protection strategies that will help you as an intermediate investor can actually be a detriment to you as a new investor unless you are seeding your LLC with cash to operate on it's own from the get go.Most folks get stuck in a search for separation from their personal lives with their investing but at the same time must depend on their personal resources for establishing the LLC.

But you could use a company like SmartMove that the tenant pays directly (or you could if you wanted to).I use this service which allows you to obtain a full credit report (like this sample report) complete with FICO score, details of their accounts, payment history, etc (as opposed to just a credit recommendation that some companies provide) for as little as $9.95.

It also makes sense from a financing perspective - my credit score is 760+ right now, but the average length of credit history will come down really fast if I get a few SFR mortgages.Being an engineer, my instinct was to go straight for the data.
