I have done a lot of research on real estate investing but would like to get others opinions on our situation.

In my opinion the business would come back 250x from word of mouth.

So many gurus will tell you to build your buyers list first, in my opinion, that is a waste of time.

Would love some expert opinions.

And you can tell he had his own versions of the presentations concentrating on the best material (in my opinion) and spending less time on stuff that you probably couldn't use right away.

It is insured, and since this year was crappy, our family somehow got roughly 13k out of the deal from insurance.My dad spent around 10k, and has roughly 3600 left that he saved to pay taxes.He wants me to find out the way to pay the lowest amount of taxes on this money.He asked about investing 2k in an IRA, and if that would help.Any opinions on how we can pay the least amount of tax on the 13k?

Mark,In my opinion, one of the closest out of state markets where you can obtain true cash flow is Las vegas.
