I have a deal going on in Delaware, and im wondering before anything else starts should i go undercontract or should until the buyers i have contacted make an offer on the property and then place it under contract.This Wholesaling stuff kinda stressful, but ill push through it.

I am not advising you.I suspect you did not consult with your tax pro when you set up our LLC taxed as an S-Corp.I highly encourage you to make that contact!

I learned that I can't build out vans myself, and I'm not sure what kind of carpenter would be able to build one out for me (I'm not sure how I'd contact the people I met in Florida). 

Now the question is:*Post for sale by owner as is and hope other investors contact me that would be interested in doing the renovations them selves?

Or you can list the house as "rent to own" I think the official name for it as lease purchase contact.
