I do have money in my joint acct with my wife but she doesn’t want to touch it.

I'd rather make a ton of money in the US and vacation when and where I want.

I was able to save a good amount of money and purchase a 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on an acre of land all cash, that property generates $875 a month, no mortgage or HOA fees.

The investment would be a great hands on learning experience with low risk.Now if you're looking to leverage your money and want to hold for the long term..

If all investors put all money into the reserves, there's no point of investing because you are waiting for this money to be used up by the property when it might not happened.
