The map turns sharply from orange to blue around Camden, where the difference between white and black communities seems almost like it has a distinct boundary.In Lakewood, the fastest growing municipality in the state, the town's exploding and largely white Jewish population appears to have settled in an entirely different portion of town than the Hispanic and African American populations.The map was developed using a cartographic interpretation of the 2010 decennial Census -- the most robust dataset available to analyze the changing tides of population in the United States.The data was derived from Census race data parsed down to the Census block level, which typically span only a few municipal blocks in most areas.

Ex: $500/mo rent x 74%$370 x 60 = $22,200 offer price.I think it might be a good rule of thumb but it seems a little black and white for analyzing every deal.

It looks like they were just fined for not filing financials in a timely manner last year according to the case# @Karen Black provided and they seem to be still operating: http://www.portlandfunding.com/That said I have no experience of working with them.

With his scare/black mail tactics, at the very least I'd tell him to shove it, and tell him the evidence of the photograph fraud will be sent the contractor licensing board.

Going a little north there is a the NH Mastermind in Nashua and heading south I'd highly recommend the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham (Alternates every other month with their Worcester location, this is a Waltham month).

What @Todd Plambeck said, except also wanted to add that for master bedrooms, I pick up clearance black-out curtains, nice quality machine-washable fabric, neutral styles, with the white backing (for usual HOA requirements) and on-sale hardware and install them myself.
