I'm from Philadelphia and I am familiar with how acquiring these properties in PA works but I'm very interested in finding out how the south does this a lot of these properties are quick flips and with my skill could be quite beautiful!

Hello guys , Need some advice here , I haven't done my first deal yet , but I have an idea that I would like to share with you.I live in Birmingham AL , work on my own business about 25 hours per week , I have a beautiful wife and a lovely 16 month old baby . 

The ultimate goal is to rehab and flip those older beautiful houses.

Exactly, the West coast is tough because it is beautiful and has so much to offer and people want to live here driving purchase prices up and rent to purchase ratios down.  

The beauty of REI is you can have the feeling of going Pro so many more times over than going from rookie to pro.

Oregon has it's challenges but is so beautiful how could we not want to live here?
