Good afternoon BP, I found a good deal in my home town and I'm looking for advice on what paperwork I should use when writing an offer to purchase a home on seller financing.

His advice was that I could not represent to anybody that I owned the property (until after closing) and I could not sign a lease or take a deposit until after closing.So I listed it on Jan 19 and started setting up appointments for afternoon on the 26th since we closed that morning. 

I would love to earn your business are you a morning, afternoon, or evening person?
