Hi everyone,
I am new and have found multiple properties that are in pre foreclosure. I am trying to get ahold of the current property owners in attempts to perform a short sale. I will generally attempt to knock on their door, call them, and send them a piece of snail mail. However, I often time find these people on Facebook and am not able to contact them any other way. Do any of you have a message that you send that seems to generate positive responses back from the people you are messaging?
Also, if you are not able to get a hold of the current owner. Do you attempt to contact relatives? Yes or no? Why or why not?
