I HIGHLY suggest you get a property management company to handle these tasks for you.By not fixing health related issues immediately you open yourself up to a wide range of lawsuits from damage to their personal property like their clothes or other belongings, to medical related expenses. 

One task that MAY be worth doing outside of a standard inspection would be to run a camera down the main drainline of the house to ensure its in good shape at that age.  

The contractor went the next week, and the tenant was not home so they couldn't complete the task.

I have explained to the VA and she keeps showing me the "Tasks" that she has created in Podio.

The task of changing banks each time I move is a pain.   

In fact, when an owner gets a home inspection – our team is assigned that task to see it from start to finish; no matter how big or small the task is.

I have enough in the bank for a decent down payment and rehab costs for my first place, which is safely parked and waiting to get this adventure going. 

What you can do as an assistant depends on your state law, but you may be able to access some of your realtor's systems and do some of the administrative tasks that your realtor doesn't have time to do. 

They have hooks, partners, memorized bill payments etc that greatly reduce this monthly task.

I just don't know how to make this leap, with the mortgage, bank accounts, taxes and who does what tasks etc !
