Looking to start a partnership, need advice!

Hi BP,

I am in Niagara on the lake, Canada and currently own two rental properties, 4 doors,  and I am looking to bring in a partner for my next purchase.  I currently am investing in small multi family and have a partner who is eager to get into the investing world.  I just don't know how to make this leap, with the mortgage, bank accounts, taxes and who does what tasks etc ! It's all new to me and am anxious about proceeding .  We are planning on going 50/50 on everything, down payment, mortgage etc.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
