It looks like there are about 1,200 listings in the "Village of Four Seasons" section near the Bagnell Dam.The entire area rates really low for seasonality, so you may consider how much a week in the summer will actually cost you if that's your "break-even" time.Happy to give you more data if you're eyeing a specific property or ZIP code.

Secondly, who cares what the ownership splits are if the gain can't be realized because the values are propped up/can't meet projections, the sponsor cannot execute on the business plan or the fee structure severely eats into the distributable cash when the realization event actually occurs.

I have googled ways for owners to foreclose and there isn't actual steps to foreclose.

Our budget with rehab is around 150.We do understand the value of professionals and I guess a great interior designer can actually pay itself (by increasing the ARV).Just wanted to get the community's take.
