They do sell a few things I suppose, like the book on flipping houses, which I bought a copy of myself even though I've been flipping houses since 2004 or so and I still learned from it!

@Mark ArcherIf you provided a single shred of evidence of this supposed "stealing", I'd be willing to listen.Nothing you've said has supported that statement.Providing data that may not be completely accurate doesn't mean they are stealing . . . that makes no sense.

@Ian Ippolito I don't need a 1031 in but I suppose I could benefit from 1031 out as I am targeting to have cash flow from real estate for at least 13 years (so presumably will need to do more than one investment).
