North Dallas TX, no shortage of work for people right now. 

Though it may not be the way things work, I have some skills, in the multimedia space that could be leveraged to provide some value, for those interested in helping.

Apartment rentals/condos in Tilton claim to have waiting lists at this time, so maybe a shortage there to look at. 

I have no experience or marketable skills but I will do some leg work if that’s what it takes .

To date, have been unable to assemble the skills to cost-effectively perform such retrofits in remote markets and have yet to find a turn-key operator who puts efficiency at the core of their product.   

There is no shortage of VAs offering services that they really aren't qualified for but again, we see that locally as well.  

I have a skilled home inspector (I no longer have him do inspections, but that is because I do my own), but I would not value his opinion on actual repair costs. 

I'm getting ready to establish an online presence (in a new industry being REI, I am currently know for my mad skills selling Lexus-www.she-sells-lexus.com) but this time for my REI business.
