I was wondering if anyone had any contact info to some good realestate agents, CPA's, leaders, LLC cites, contractors, property mangers, or any other resources that would be helpful in setting up a team for my realestate business.

You can do a combination of both, so don't limit yourself to one. 

In essence, we borrowed the down payment for a set term as a debt position, not equity, made interest payments on the balloon, used this thing called BRRRR, and paid off the investor.

We leverage our Realtor and/or handyman (for a set fee) to open doors we own out of state and they also will complete the move-out inspection for us.

Here are a few I recommend: "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Roberto Kiyosaki; "Set for Life" by Scott Trench; "The Unofficial Guide to Real Estate Investing" by Spencer; "The BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginners Guide" found here on BP; "The Book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Tuner.

ThanksCondos are great for DSCR but make sure you understand whether it’s warrantable and if not, whether it causes any limitations for the lender.

If you've never set one up, don't know the competition, or don't have the capital to absorb the vacancy it will be a tough strategy. 

I then check to see if there are any local laws that limit the number of STR rentals in the municipality.
