Hey BP, curious how other agents are promoting your "just solds" when you represent the buyer in a transaction.

-You may have another for rental and lease/option because you're promoting a system on it that you market to other investors.

I would suggest that since he is trying to promote his own for-profit white-label solution/alternative to traditional crowdfunding, he may not be the most unbiased and neutral source for information.

I would recommend you check those out and allocate your capital across projects to get some promoter and geographic diversification.  

@Kyle Castle I can certainly cover it here however, my intent was not to highlight our services here and put ourselves on a pedastal for promotion, this forum was meant mostly to help self-managing investors/landlords.

I was attracted by their marketing/promotion as well.

Sounds like that's what is being promoted again for RE Investors.

THIS promotion/position is an existing position that one of her colleague/associate/"friend" is working!
