If you're willing to move every year or so, this can be a lucrative real estate inventory builder.Persoanlly I do have a preferance of 3 bedroom houses (SFH or TH) over 2 bedroom houses.

With lower and medium priced properties being purchased in mass by these entities, the inventory is depleted except for properties priced just above the threshold (Calif seems to be $200k, but rising as we speak).

I think 2015 and beyond will be like 2007-2009 (the crash) only for slightly different reasons.The "talk" and the rise have just started, so as long as you get out before the crash, no worries.hey will.. u wouldn't happen to know where n how I can find the source that can shed some light on who n how much inventory has been taken in by the hedge funds in the last x period would u?

But prices have gone very high here due to scarce inventory, and I don't expect to personally invest in any properties here--unless I find something really unusual.

Stringer management were terrible, Jeannette properties were not so good, the same with cw banker on siesta it was all about charges for this and that and didn't seem to want to do a lot, if you speak to adam robinson broker at key realty he'll point u in the right direction, if u say sarah hart from england he'll really look after u, good luck it's great area to invest, I went around the world a few years ago looking for a place to invest after selling my portfolio just before the uk crash, am loving the returns on us property, only problem is low inventory, thinking about some deals on land down in cape coral, if anybody has had experience on buying land down there please let me know, seem good alue right now but what are th drawbacks????

Sold a few to people who intended to live in the house and make repairs for sweat equity, that may fit the definition as well.I assume that those who buy programs finanlly figure it out, that being in the wholesale business means buying distressed properties and selling them to a limited market of buyers.....other investors.I suppose in Detroit you might have an inventory to work with but what puts a newbie in the business ahead of seasoned investors in locating what they want seems to be a stretch to me.My last flip was found while out getting some food to go, a guy was talking about selling his house.

I have an unproven theory that MFR are more susceptible to inventory glut / overbuilding from money rushing into these spaces to fill the need /demand for apartments.
