Property mgmt companies don't have a very good reputation, but could give the house more exposure...I had less than ideal service from the last one I used.My property was built in 2008, is 4/2/2 on 1/3 fenced acre at the end of a culdesac, very quiet and quaint neghborhood, an A neighborhood.

i have no issues, I go to meet up, I like mixed groups so I can get exposure to all of REIbut safety first.I make sure I go to reputable groups.at least know someone at the smaller dinner meetups.I used to be scared but after years of being a Realtor, vet over phone then meet ;)

You can also go to the Boston Area REIA in Medford as that is the other one based in your farm.Since you are in RI right now there are many meetings closer to you and will give you some exposure to other MA investors, even if they are likely working South of the city.
