I am getting conflicting advice about whether to form an LLC, S, or to be mobile hom edealer as an individual. Any advice, particularly in CA?

Alot of people have questions in the beginning about business structure - the most important thing is to just get the 1st Lonnie deal done and over it. After you complete your first Lonnie deal, you'll find out if you want to continue in the business or not. I've known people who have done one Lonnie deal and didn't really like the business - they went back into single family homes or rehabbing. Hope that helps!
