Does anyone have any recommended companies that I can tour with and check out their systems and inventory?

After he presented all the individuals he gave us a tour of this fixer upper they were about to do.

This wholesaler not only sold us our first flip, but as we were touring it, walked us through what he thought, how much he would pay, etc to get the job done.
