This guru switched from pitching home study courses on real estate and notes to "subliminal" audio downloads and CDs on a variety of self-help topics:   losing weight, getting to sleep, kicking alcohol and drugs, etc.  

Just check NYC, LA, and SF for case studies.

Many of us have strong opinions but how many of the opinions being expressed in this thread are based on actual experiences or accurate case studies?
