I can say I will never travel again without one :-) The freedom it gives is worth its weight in gold!!!

Adding more lateral weight to the original adhesive is a bad idea if you don't know what the original compound was, since different thinsets and mastics are designed for different shear weight. 

They can be worth their weight in gold.

If you are trying to switch careers, my suggestion is stick to something that you know, and do real estate on the side gradually. 

If a property with those parameters should produce 6-8% returns with gradual increases as the market rises.

$725 for 30 yd, but you're going over the weight if you fill it. 

I am sorry if my advice isn't what you want to hear, trust me I don't want any of my fellow investors to fail or struggle, it is just the weight of a lot of people's experiences that let me know that trust can be risky with tenants.

We started off in really rough stuff & have gradually focused our attention on higher end properties as the war chest grew.

More leverage through access to capital and people.The gradual shift needs to happen in the mind. 80% of MF RE is the mindset.

Not sure, even if Fed hike rate... it will be very gradual.....If Economy continue like this - there will be little Hike, may be around 1%If another recession - Rate will go down... i know there is not much space to go down... :)
