Hi EveryoneWe all are excited about the prospect of becoming financially independent and we focus on strategies that have worked in the past but if someone has information or somewhat of and insight on what low cost 3d printed houses are going to do to our industry?

I personally focus on sandwich lease options which I believe is the best option for short term cash flow.

I am looking to network with professionals focusing in the cities of Indianapolis and Terre Haute or just hear sound advice from an experienced professional.  

Primarily focusing on wholesale.

They can help you put a plan together for acquiring the first one and the next steps to take to put you in the right position to buy more (although focus on the first before you get carried away). 

I would then also have the ability to focus more on my studies if need be.

Are you wanting to focus on SFR or multi? 

My wife has a good 6 months of Real Estate prime time left before she will need to slow down and so we focus on stacking more cash and ultimately sticking to the plan of buying the 2nd property and renting our current place out, just later.

I'd rather focus my time on other things.

I focus on things like the 70% or 1% on my traditional rentals.
