I have been a licensed agent for the past two years so I have direct access to the MLS and will be able to save us on some commissions when it comes to selling.

They seem to have access to deals that never go to MLS.

I lived there for school and believe it offers a good mix of what I am looking for, having quick city access and access to the suburbs for people working there.  

@Imran AhmedTo your question about Cape Coral waterfront properties or not, with duplexes or triplexes you might find some on fresh water canals but it's rare to see them on gulf access canals.

@Chris McCune I have a well paying job in the engineering field and had access to a good amount of capital at 24, plus I am frugal so getting to 2x my monthly expenses (based on limited 2-year history of income/expenses) wasn't that hard.

Account ClosedI would say not too many wholesalers are licensed realtors, but I find that it helps bring professionalism, and it gets you access to the MLS with ease and it bring more benefits that it does non-benefits.
