It would fit very easily into the shape of the house and I don't think construction would be terribly expensive.

@Denise James  For the small amount of $15k, I would also just close on it and then market on your own terms.Shouldn't be a terrible amount to scrape together: friends, family, 401k loan, personal loan from your bank, sell something. 

It smells terrible, takes forever to dry, and peels within a few months. 

My wife and I took one like a month ago but it went terrible because the days leading up to it my wife, myself, and our son got very sick.

We might not agree with your advice that your giving but that still doesn't make you a terrible person so please stop trying to paint that picture.

This may seem like a terrible deal to some newbies, but in year four of the investment I cash out refinanced again and got almost as much as I put down the first time out!
