I got a taste of real estate and have been learning a little more through YouTube videos, webinars, etc.

Trying to learn about what properties sold by banks are selling for (REOs).

You can easily do this on a spreadsheet, and it will take less time to track than finding and learning new software.

I have questions around lining up subcontractor timelines, inspections, what to pay close attention too, what you learned, etc...Thanks in advance!

There's so much important info you can learn about neighborhoods (and individual properties) that simply cannot be conveyed by peoples' opinions, photos, or even video.As with all parts of due diligence: although you can (and should) seek the input of experienced pros, at the end of the day, the due diligence buck stops with you.Good luck out there!
