Just like everywhere, the Asheville and surrounding market is swift and is challenged with low inventory, but we are seeing listings (ever so slightly) start to pick up, so hopefully there will be more buying options out there.

The numbers on Columbus seemed low to me at first glance, but I guess if the data is only considering the actual city of Columbus and not any of the surrounding suburbs/bexley it makes more logical sense.

@Shaun Shiraishi, based on what you presented you can either get a nice place for you and your kids, or live inland and share your surroundings with three strangers (if you purchased a four-plex, lived in one and rented out three units).Putting family first I would do option 1.
