I’m looking to do my first buy and hold deal and my target markets are the area’s surrounding Jacksonville, NC (Snead’s Ferry, Swansboro, Emerald Isle, etc.). Does anyone have any experience in these markets or have any in sight on the pros and cons between any of these?
