If you're not a builder don't cut your teeth on this one. 

You can cut costs on a lot of things, but I wouldn't recommend it for this. 

They both are a done deal they have already made the curb cuts for the hospital and have sent out flyers to local residents asking their opinion on what the front of the hospital should look like in the hotel has been confirmed as well.

For most STNL lenders for high quality loans the cut-off is 7 to 8 years remaining on the primary lease term.

That seems like a clean cut solution to me. managing it is another thing  you would have to deal with and that also seems like a long shot, especially with the short term rental options. 

@Mary Kang It's not quite as cut and dried as what name is on the deed.  

However I have never seen (or been party to) a disclosure form saying "Broken light cover in master bedroom", "Chip in kitchen counter", "Square cut from carpet in closet".

SimpliSafe also works if the power is cut and its call-in function is cellular, not wired.
