I would highly suggest you do not start remote for your first deal.

In fact, I just originated a loan with a loan officer at the 4th bank in which we've originated loans together & now originate $8M loans with bankers who originated $80K loans for me when I started.

It's also how McDonald's started its operations, by renting ground and building on the leased land.I would really want to own the land for a home and keep looking tbh.

It's no guarantee but it's a good place to start.
